My query was answered very quickly and I was able to take the TV to the workshop only days after getting in touch. After a few weeks I was given a very detailed report with the faults and a very reasonable quote for the work. A few weeks after this my TV was ready and the result was a huge improvement in picture quality (you can see the results for yourself) and the peace of mind that the set will now perform for years to come. I will also say that the communication throughout the process was extremely clear and transparent, so I always knew exactly what to expect.
