Quality Components

  • We use the highest quality replacement parts available, including premium capacitors and components
  • Parts are carefully selected from reputable suppliers and tested before installation

Reasons for No Warranty

  • Vintage electronics contain aging components with unpredictable behavior

  • Interconnected systems make comprehensive warranty coverage impractical

Customer Acknowledgment

  • You understand that even successful repairs may experience future failures
  • You accept full responsibility for equipment condition after repair completion

6. Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Cash payment upon equipment collection (preferred method)
  • Bank transfer (when specifically chosen by customer)

Deposit Requirements

  • Deposit may be required after you accept a repair quote to cover parts procurement
  • Deposit amount: Typically around 50% of the total repair cost
  • Purpose: To secure specialized parts, especially those sourced from overseas suppliers
  • Remaining balance is due upon equipment collection

Pricing Validity

  • Standard quotes are valid for 30 days from quote date
  • Extended validity: For repairs requiring overseas parts or extended lead times, quote validity will be specified in writing
  • Additional work beyond the original quote requires separate approval and payment

  • Equipment is accepted for repair at customer’s own risk
  • We exercise reasonable care but are not liable for equipment damage during repair attempts
